“The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has a slender and athletic physique. This is most likely shaped by doing resistance-based gym workouts primarily focusing on strength training using body weight and weights.” 

She does a lot of cardio and strength training, often on her own. Even though she’s busy with her kids, she still goes running, sometimes with her daughter Charlotte and their dog, Lupo.

Also, Kate eats lots of protein and avoids dairy. According to Time of india, She’s into the ‘Dukan Diet‘, which means she eats a bunch of fruits and veggies with antioxidants. Her go-to snacks are kale, matcha, spinach, lettuce, cilantro, and blueberries, and she loves berries mixed with almond milk.

Kate also enjoys raw foods like watermelon salads, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh, and ceviche because they’re good for her skin. Even though she’s already in great shape, she’s all about getting that glowing skin through her diet.
