“I know they have been a huge help for many folks. I have friends who’ve had amazing results.”

This isn’t the first time Ree has talked about losing weight. She mentioned to Entertainment Tonight in 2021 that she decided to get in shape after a night of overindulging in chips and salsa.

“I thought that night, ‘I am going to start tomorrow, I am doing something different.’ And I just started and I almost lost 60 pounds now,”

“The scale was just a way for me to see that I was heading in the right direction. And it was never about losing a specific amount, it was really about how I feel.”

She joked that sometimes, she still goes for the donut, “but it’s just a good thing to have in mind,” she explained.
